The rooms have fresh paint and new floors, which made them feel updated. This isn’t a resort, but it’s much better than an average motel, and a solid budget choice if you want comfort without paying resort prices. I’d recommend it. The only thing I’d suggest is power washing the siding to improve the outside appearance. Our room was clean, with a comfortable king bed and clean bathroom. The beach was easy to reach, and free chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were provided. The pool was warm, and there was covered seating for when it rained. The owners and cleaning crew were kind and respectful, and coffee was free in the morning. We could check in early since the room was ready, or leave our bags at the front.

I’ve rented here at least seven times over the past five years. It’s the best value for the money, especially if you want to be very close to the beach on a budget. The beach is a half-minute walk away, quiet and pristine. The staff are courteous and accommodating. Rooms are simple but extra clean. The pool is clean and well maintained, as are the grounds. Highly recommended.

The owner clearly takes pride in the property, and I thought it was a great value compared with similar beach places. We really enjoyed our Fourth of July visit. The room felt newly remodeled and the air conditioning was very cool. The pool was well maintained, and the other guests were very family-friendly.

It’s a convenient little place, clean and well maintained, with an easy walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants. The pool is nice for cooling off after a long, hot beach day. It’s not the fanciest place you’ll stay, but I’d come back.

We thought it was much better than expected. They let us check in an hour early, and the room and bathroom were clean, with a new fridge and microwave. Staff were nice, the pool was clean, and they provide free chairs and umbrellas. There was a lockbox in the room, too. It’s a one-minute walk to the beach and well worth it if you’ll be out enjoying the beach and other activities. Much better value than paying $300-600 a night for a room. I’d say 4.5.
