Creciente Condominium

The property and amenities are lovely, but as a non-owner I felt watched and unwelcome the whole time. An owner came to the condo where I was staying with my family and demanded that I clean the sand from the hallway, saying he had tracked our footprints from the elevator. My teenage grandsons were also questioned more than once during their five days at Creciente about who they were visiting, twice while playing billiards and once at the pool. You need a pretty thick skin here. The owners came across as very territorial and salty.

The Creciente isn't a resort with maids to clean up after guests. If kristi jenkins wants that kind of vacation service, she could rent a room at the Windham down the road. The owners take pride in their homes and want to keep the property nice. Follow management's rules and you shouldn't have any problems.

I'm considering buying a condo here. The landscaping is nice, the lobby feels clean and inviting, and the beach is within walking distance.
