We'd been to Fort Meyers Beach before, but this was our first time at Edison Beach House, and we loved it. The beach is just steps away, with an amazing view. Having a beach closet with chairs and umbrellas was handy, and the kitchen and washer/dryer made the room especially convenient. The rooms were clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Annie was especially great, you can tell she loves her job. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I used to love staying here, and have been back a few times over the years. The rooms used to be nice and well cared for. I don't mind old or dated furniture, but I do mind dirt. This place needs a serious cleaning, it's pretty disgusting. The front desk was awesome, and the pool area was nice, but for the price I'd look elsewhere. You're welcome for the review. Owner, are you aware of how dirty the rooms are? Please go check some of them.

We spent Christmas here as a family and had a wonderful stay. Being right on the beach made the location perfect, and the outdoor pool was a lovely bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. We especially loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the little ones, which made beach time easy and fun. The kitchen was well stocked too. Thanks for the hospitality, we'd absolutely come back.

Annie deserves a shout-out, the staff are the best! The views are beautiful, and the place is spacious and clean. We’ll be booking our third stay in two years soon. Five out of five across the board.

The Gulf views from the pool are lovely, and there are restrooms right there. We also loved the balconies, and our room was clean and well stocked. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It’s right on the beach and close to Times Square, with amazing sunsets. Even the elevator works! Thanks, Edison Beach House, for a great stay.
