We’re booking again before we even leave! #203 exceeded every expectation, and Todd & Jennifer, the owners and management, are just amazing. Best vaca ever! ✌️🍹❤️🏖🤟

I don’t know what other people are complaining about. This has been the best place I’ve stayed in the Ft. Myer Beach area. The views are perfect, the staff are great, and there’s lots of room to relax. The pool was very clean, and the grounds are well maintained.

We had a car available, but parking at the popular spots was horrendously expensive. The trolley stop is right outside, and for 75 cents it was a bargain when we wanted to head down to the busier part of the beach. Our group of five women stayed in unit 23 for 10 days, and we were all comfortable. We miss it already. The area of the beach is quieter, which suited us, and the grounds and pool are very well kept. The hot tub is hot! Our unit also seemed to have endless hot water, which was much appreciated by the fifth person taking a bath. We especially loved the lanai. We’d sit there to watch the sun come up and often ended the day there too. We enjoyed the stay and hope to come back someday.

There are rules at the pool, and they enforce them, so I wouldn’t call the place very kid friendly. We had the same issues when our kids were little, and the half star I’d take off would be for that. The condo is well kept, the landscaping is lovely, and the pool was redone a couple of years ago and looks great. The Gulf views are wonderful. I can’t say yet how the new management is. The woman who used to manage the property was great, and time will tell with the new team. We’ve been coming here for years, and I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could.

The grounds are well maintained, and we loved the condo we rented. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. The manager was very nice and helped us with coupons and recommendations, too. I was here to relax, so I actually liked that it wasn’t a kid friendly place. The rules are clearly listed, you know about them in advance, and you sign a contract. We rented here for the first time in July and loved the vacation, Fort Myers Beach, and the new friends we made. Can’t wait to come back next year! ❤️
