We rented condo 923, which had everything we needed for the beach, including chairs and an umbrella. The balcony faced the beach directly, with a beautiful view and an unbelievable sunset. The condos have direct access to both the beach and pool, and the property is very clean and well cared for.

This place isn't super fancy, but it's very nice. Our clean, comfortable condo was on the tenth floor, and the accommodations felt down-home great. The shared area has a nice pool, hot tub, and plenty of chairs. You can also rent a cabana-style beach chair. The beach was lovely, combed by tractors, and semi-private. It's shared by about six to eight condos and runs roughly half a mile long and 500 yards wide. There are grills for cooking out, which might help cut down on restaurant costs, though the local food is excellent. A quick Google search will find restaurants. Local attractions are an easy drive away, and Bonita Springs, about nine miles down the road, offers more of a city feel. You can spot dolphins near the bridges on the way there. I'd highly recommend staying here.

I've been coming here for 27 years, and every visit has been fantastic. The units are well kept, the pool is to die for, and it looks out over a large beach with lots of room for activities.

For $400 a night, we got a spacious, nicely updated condo with comfortable furniture and bedding. It was well maintained and stocked, and the views were great. Still, the comfort wasn't what I'd expect at that price. The AC couldn't keep up. Our check-in instructions said not to set it below 72 or the coil would freeze. Even at 72 on the thermostat, the main bedroom was 76, which wasn't comfortable for sleeping. If it has to be set at 72 to avoid damage, the coil or unit seems to need service or replacement. It looked quite old and was loud. There's a huge fan in the living room, so the heat seems like a known issue that's been patched over instead of fixed. The elevator only worked periodically, and others said this has been an ongoing problem. When we arrived, an AC repairman was trying to get to the sixth floor, but the elevator doors wouldn't shut. We managed to close them by hand, and it finally went, after about 15 minutes sweating in the lobby with all our luggage and groceries. The toilets were gross, with stains on the outside of the bowls that I'd rather not describe, and both showers had hair in them. Those are easy things to fix, but still gross. We moved the ottoman table and found crumbs and trash underneath. It's a great condo in many ways, with nice updates, space, and views, but known problems and shortcomings should be reflected in the price, and some of these issues need attention.
