Megan made us feel especially welcome. She was warm, attentive, and professional, and really went out of her way to look after us. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well placed for exploring or just relaxing. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it. Thanks again to Megan for making such a difference.

We chose this place for its location, rooms, and heated pool, but the rooms were only average and not fully clean. The pool heater had apparently been broken for a while and still wasn’t fixed, so the pool wasn’t heated. For what it costs, I’d look at other options.

The front desk staff were very kind, and there’s free coffee and tea in the lobby. You can get full breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, plus there’s a decent gym and a small outdoor pool. Rooms were clean and nice, though they could use a refresh. It’s handy for shopping and restaurants.

We came for the NFM 50th HS Reunion and had a great stay. The staff were polite, professional, and really attentive. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the pool area was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better visit!

We’d happily stay here again if we’re back in the area. The heated pool was fantastic, and there’s free parking, a good breakfast buffet, a fitness room, and guest laundry. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, and honestly I can’t think of anything negative.
