We chose this hotel because it was convenient for the things we planned to do in Fort Myers. The staff made the stay feel like home, especially Roberta and Chris. They worked long hours and still greeted us with a smile each morning and when we returned at night. Our room was clean, though it had a few maintenance problems. Chris fixed them as soon as we pointed them out. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was a nice option to have. The service and hospitality really stood out.

We were there for a baseball tournament, and the park was only about eight minutes away. Our room was very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were so nice. My son left behind a brand new USSSA hat we’d bought for him. The team found it and made sure it got back to us. The manager even drove ten minutes to bring it after getting off work. Who does that nowadays? This team does. I’m so grateful. We’d recommend the hotel and stay again.

Every staff member we met was polite and professional. Breakfast was a nice surprise too, with choices that didn’t feel like the usual tasteless eggs, greasy bacon, and seasoned potatoes. The team seems to do things differently and exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless inside and out, and the comfortable beds helped. They pay attention to the little details, from ice buckets and drinking glasses to the stairwells. Those touches set this hotel apart from its competitors. Thanks for the stay, we’ll be back.

The outdoor setup is a highlight, with a big heated pool, two BBQs, and a fire pit. It’s also handy for highways and shopping, though the beach is about a 30-minute drive away. Inside, check-in was quick and our room was clean and roomy, and the breakfast buffet was convenient and well stocked. I’ve had another excellent stay here. The one thing that could use attention is the carpeting, which has quite a few stains throughout the hotel.
