Michael at the front desk made a real difference to our stay. The day before we arrived, I called about the airport shuttle. He was patient, informative, and proactive, explaining the timing and how it worked so we could arrive without stress. The hotel was completely full when we got there, but he stayed calm and organized, giving each guest attention and making people feel welcome. He also explained the Marriott Bonvoy program and its perks and future savings, so we wouldn’t miss out. The next day, he helped arrange a late checkout to line up with our VRBO check-in, making the travel day seamless. His recommendation of Rusty’s Restaurant was spot on. The calamari was excellent, and the full band played great live music. I believe they were called Wayward Souls, and the lineup included trumpet, saxophone, guitar, flute, piano, bass, and drums. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and clearly invested in taking care of guests. Marriott is lucky to have him. Thank you, Michael!

This was an unexpected stop because of the winter snowstorm in Philadelphia, but I’d definitely stay here again. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Mayla at the front desk was amazing when she checked me in, so helpful and accommodating. Gloria was also very nice at breakfast, keeping the food and coffee stocked and the area clean. She wiped things down and cleared tables as needed.

The airport location and shuttle are useful for us. My husband has an early flight, so we can have a nice dinner and night before he leaves on the 5:30 am shuttle. But the problems keep adding up, especially the poor communication. The first time we stayed, in November 2025, the hot tub was hot, but only one jet worked. The next time we went out to use it, it was broken with no hot water and no notice. Most hotels would put up a sign at check-in. In January we didn’t even try it again, and when we asked, we were told parts were still on order. Breakfast in January was another issue. A brick of scrambled eggs was all that was in one chafer, and the other two were empty. The oatmeal was good. Other guests also said food was lacking and that staff told them they were waiting on a delivery. It was rude to leave the single staff member to explain the shortage. Management could have prevented this, since there’s a GFS marketplace nearby. Teach staff how to prepare the eggs properly, and recognize that the communication failure was on management.

When our flight was cancelled and we were stuck without a car, this was a great place to stay. We could walk to lunch and dinner, and the airport was right around the corner. The staff were very friendly, especially Gloria, who had breakfast ready at 5:30am. Great stay, and now we’re off to the airport!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I found the atmosphere really relaxing, a nice place to unwind after a long day. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was complimentary, tasty, and filling.
