Service sucked. They wouldn’t bring fresh towels, so I had to go buy some. The free breakfast they were supposed to have wasn’t there, and they wouldn’t even come for the trash. I’ll never stay again.

The guy who helped me was polite and respectful, but I left because all three rooms the receptionist tried were alike. The lobby and rooms smelled really bad, and there were lots of roaches. Although the rooms were listed as nonsmoking, the sheets had cigarette burns and smelled as if someone had just smoked there. There was also some kind of white powder on the sheets, though I don’t know what it was. One room had water across the floor from the door all the way to the bathroom. The motel needs renovation, and housekeeping needs to do a better job.

I asked to see the room before checking in. When the door opened, there was dirt and leaves on the floor, plus what looked like needle paraphernalia. It smelled filthy, so I told the desk clerk I wasn’t staying. He asked why, even though I explained what I’m writing here. The clerk wasn’t helpful about canceling our reservation, either. Don’t waste your time booking this place. The outside looked as if algae covered the building. The lobby was dirty and musty, with cracked walls and plaster. They advertise breakfast and a pool, but a handwritten sign at the locked check-in windows said “No Breakfast,” and the pool was out of order. This place should not be a Wyndham or listed among Wyndham hotels.

There was no breakfast, just a sign in the lobby. The place felt dirty and outdated, with roaches, trash in the outside halls, and water leaking down from the upper floors. The water was cold, the ice machines didn’t work, and the elevator certification had expired in 2022. People were knocking on our door at random, even at 3 a.m. Nothing seemed clean. Our nonsmoking room had cigarette burns on all the sheets and covers. It badly needs a complete remodel and felt very unsanitary.
