I’ve never cancelled a reservation before, but this stay was BAD. Our first room smelled like someone had been smoking in the bathroom. I understand that can happen, but with two young kids I couldn’t accept it. The gentleman at the office was very nice and moved us to an “upgrade.” The next room was filthy. The floor was sticky, both soap dispensers had mud on them, and the whole place was gross. We couldn’t stay. I have no idea how this hotel gets such good ratings on hotels.com and trip advisor. It may be budget friendly, but I’d spend the extra and pick one of the several nearby hotels.

The room was spotless, with clean bedding and a clean bathroom, which is all I need. The rate was cheap, and the check-in staff were very polite and arranged a ground-floor room for me. Definitely recommend.

I needed somewhere to stay for an event, and my room was very clean. There are two gas stations within walking distance. The front desk staff were kind at both check-in and checkout. I’d stay there again if I needed to.

The room was neat and clean, and the towels and face cloths were fresh and not worn out. Staff were courteous and professional.

Don’t book here when it’s cold. I’m writing this under two blankets because the wall-mounted heaters barely work. I’m going to call tomorrow and ask for my money back.
