Quality Inn

I felt very safe here, and the 11 a.m. checkout was appreciated. The bed was firm but comfortable, the pillows were soft, and the room and bathroom were clean. The young man who checked me in was kind and helpful, and the young man at the counter in the morning was nice and informative. Breakfast was great, with waffles, cereal, yogurt, and orange juice. It's two exits from downtown.

We've stayed here several times and will keep coming back because the rooms are comfortable and clean. We usually choose places that serve breakfast, though here the options are only waffles, cereal, or fruit. The parking lot is a bit small, but easy to get into.

The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were pretty, and it felt like a good price for what you get. I took off a star because there's no elevator and the breakfast could have been better.

The guy at check-in was kind, but the owner was horrible and completely inhospitable. He was extremely rude and tried to open our room door while we were changing and getting ready to leave, then yelled at us. This was an aggressive breach of our privacy and decency, and I'm going to contact corporate. The room could have been cleaner, and the bed had old bedbug droppings. The hotel isn't American-owned and has no elevator. Beware.
