Comfort Suites

Getting around was a little frustrating at times because trucks parked along the access roads, though the location itself wasn’t bad. The room seemed clean and was adequate, but the desk surface was damaged, even if still usable. Wi-Fi was horrible. Breakfast was warm but late and there wasn’t enough for everyone. The front desk clerk seemed more focused on her phone than on checking guests in.

Delia was what made our family feel especially welcome. She was kind, attentive to details, and treated us like family. The whole Comfort Suites team helped make our visit a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices, and housekeeping kept our room spotless. Thanks to Delia and the team for such a wonderful stay!

I slept soundly during my two-night visit because the bed was so comfortable. The room was modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, with a fresh feel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I was very pleased with my stay and look forward to returning.

The rooms are clean and the staff are good, but the appliances and furniture are old. The internet is a serious problem for work. I’ve had to leave my room to find a connection good enough to work. This may not be the worst hotel in the area, but it isn’t good. Hotels should all provide very high-speed service.
