The bedding left me uncomfortable from the start. The sheets looked dirty, and when I asked for fresh ones, I was told there weren’t any extras. It made me wonder if they’re properly washed and replaced between guests. I also found the bathroom awkward to use, especially when trying to figure out the shower. When I brought up my concerns, the service was poor and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, based on my experience.

For the money, I got what I expected, so I came away happy with my stay. I knew I was booking a cheap room in a rough area and wasn’t expecting anything fancy. If I were judging the hotel itself, I’d probably give it two or three stars, but meeting my expectations at that price earns five from me.

The outside looks old, which I think may be why it gets lower ratings, but inside it’s a great value. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, everything works, and the AC did a great job. It’s quiet and close to downtown. Management and the owners are friendly, the staff are attentive, and they cleaned the room daily and left fresh towels.

The beds were dirty, and the toilet kept running. There weren’t any chairs in the room, and I was told they had no more.

I left as soon as I arrived and canceled the stay without even seeing the room. It was $110 for Monday night, with another $50 cash requested on top. This felt like a $60-a-night hotel. Check-in wasn’t allowed until after 4 pm, and the office didn’t open before then. They handled their own check-ins at 4, while guests had to wait at the outside window behind bulletproof glass until staff got around to them. The small lobby was closed off for good. Service was very unfriendly and argumentative. A horrible experience.
