The customer service was good, but I strongly suspect the positive reviews are from the owner, friends, or family. This place was a dive, with a bed on stilts and cheap furniture. I had to check out my towels, washcloth, and hand towel. I've never stayed anywhere like this. We paid a $50 deposit, which would've covered everything in the room. The outside paint looks nice and the lobby office is attractive, but I don't see how this building could've passed inspection. A sign basically says you get no money back for any reason once you enter the room. That isn't a joke. This place could qualify as a hostel.

I booked one night at Travel Inn Fort Pierce and left after 45 minutes. The room wasn't fit to stay in. The floors were filthy, the bed had stains and black marks, and there were long hairs on the pillows. The whole place felt neglected and deeply unhygienic. The pictures online make it look clean and decent, but the actual property is rundown, dirty, and alarming. The door was what made me leave. The metal looked like it had been kicked in and pried open several times, and the lock seemed flimsy. As a woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe and chose to sleep in my car instead. The staff member who checked me in was rude and annoyed that I arrived late. They haven't answered my calls or refund request. Signs all over the property say there are no refunds under any circumstances, which should've warned me. Booking.com is trying to contact them about a refund and can't reach the owner. I paid for a room I couldn't safely use and got no accountability. If you're tired on a road trip and thinking of stopping here for convenience, keep driving. This place feels unsafe and is completely misrepresented.

The grounds are tidy and well cared for, and our room was clean too. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. We'd recommend Travel Inn without hesitation.

It was really quiet around this little motel, and the place was well kept. The staff were down to earth and helpful. I'd tell a friend visiting the area to stay here.
