The Missouri River views are lovely, and the internet was fast. My room was clean, and breakfast was fine. What stood out most was the team, who kept greeting me with a good morning or good night. Don checked me in quickly and professionally. As a first-time guest and a Hilton lifetime Diamond member who values substance over show, I’d happily return in the spring and recommend this place.

Coffee was available around the clock, and they put out cookies in the afternoon and evening. Breakfast was standard. My room was spotless, with a river view I loved, and the lobby had plenty of room and comfortable seating. I’d stay here again.

I called Americinn after learning the first hotel I’d booked had a pool and hot tub that weren’t working. Don was really helpful and took time to understand what I needed, then explained which rooms would suit me. I picked a private balcony overlooking the river, and it was a great choice. I walked in as the sun was setting and actually gasped at the view. In the morning, the sun on the water and the Canadian Geese honking made for another lovely sight. The room was clean and nice, and the beds were comfortable. I’d read comments about odors but didn’t notice any during my stay. Even the pool was free of that musty or chlorine smell, which was a relief. After swimming, I could get cookies, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. My only complaint was the gravy, which was a bit goopy. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We were in an unfamiliar area, which usually makes me nervous about hotels, but this one impressed me. The kids had a warm, clean pool, the room was clean, and breakfast had a decent selection. We stayed one night and would come back. One of the better places we’ve stayed lately.
