Amari at the front desk made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. She took time to show me around and explain how things worked, and even offered help with things outside her job. Her patience, kindness, and genuine care made a real difference and helped me feel at home. I’m grateful for how much effort she put into my stay. I’ll definitely come back and recommend the hotel because of her wonderful service.

We left some earbuds behind after they apparently fell out of my pocket, and the staff found them in lost and found and FedExed them to us. That was above and beyond. The room was clean and ready when we arrived, the service was exceptional, and the cleaning team did a phenomenal job. I also loved having coffee in the lobby. The hotel smelled great, which reminded me of the Venetian in Las Vegas. We travel a lot and this was one of our best experiences, possibly the best. We’ll stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Fort Smith, Arkansas.

I had a great stay with my brother and nephew. The older gentleman who checked us in at 1am on Tue, Nov 24 was a class act. On our last day, he asked how our hospitalized mother was doing, and his genuine concern caught me off guard. It was worth staying an extra day just to see him again before we hit the road. I’d recommend this location.

The facilities were very good, and so were the staff. The only trouble was the shower water wasn’t very warm, even with the faucet turned all the way to hot.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff who run this place deserve kudos. The location is convenient, about five minutes from the airport. I’ll come back when I’m in Fort Smith again.
