We chose this place partly because it accepts pets, and the room seemed clean, but it was only cleaned about twice during our roughly seven-day stay. On the second-to-last day, I got bitten by something. At the front desk, they said they couldn't do anything without seeing an actual bug and suggested it might be an allergic reaction to food, since nothing had happened earlier. I've never had allergies. They offered to switch rooms, but after getting some kind of bite, I wasn't comfortable staying in another room. This was a vacation our in-laws paid for, and the response made it feel like we were being called liars. We packed up and left a day early, and they didn't want to reimburse us for that night. There wasn't even an apology. The experience wasn't great, and I won't stay here again.

You told us you'd found the item I left behind and were supposed to send it overnight two days ago, but it still hasn't arrived. The manager hasn't gotten back to us. I'd rather have it sent by regular mail, FedEx, or UPS now, since I don't want to pay for overnight shipping anymore. Please have someone contact us.

The location was perfect, with plenty of food options, but I had several problems. I used reward points for three free nights as a Wyndham Diamond member, yet they charged me $25. When I called to ask what it was for, they didn't know, so I disputed it with American Express. Housekeeping never refreshed anything during my three-night stay, though I hadn't left a sign on the door. Lobby snacks can't be charged to the room; they use an iPad, and the card statement shows L.Q. It looks like a side gig. I guess I should have stayed at Wyndham like I usually do.

Kim was incredibly helpful and kind to us. We spent Christmas here and had a great stay. The rooms were clean, pets were welcome, and the staff were very friendly. Thanks for a lovely visit ❤️

The location is handy, close to lots of places to eat, and Pete was very respectful and kind. Best customer service I've had at any hotel I've stayed in.
