The room seemed recently renovated and the price was fair for the quality, but there were a few problems. It stayed warm all night even with the AC set to 62. The bed had only small pillows, and the bedspread was stained. There was something on the side of the tub, too. The front desk said there were no elevators, and the pool was closed. I didn't eat breakfast.

Amber checked me in and was so sweet. I was a bit over the edge, and she helped calm me down and get the help I needed. I also met Ashley, who was just as sweet. The rooms were amazing, and the customer service was great. I'll definitely stay here again.

The front desk woman was really sweet, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Basic cleaning seemed okay, but there were food crumbs all along the bottom of the dresser and TV stand. The curtains were stained and moldy, and we saw two different roaches at separate times. The pool was cold and not heated. There’s no elevator, so anyone with a disability should avoid booking a second-floor room. It was okay, but I’d choose somewhere else if I could afford it.

They gave us the accessible room we requested, and it was clean. Getting into it was another matter: the door was extremely hard to open, wouldn’t open all the way, and someone in a wheelchair couldn’t have managed it. The faucet was missing its screen, so water sprayed everywhere when we turned it on. We were directed to park nearby for the shortest route, but there was a curb and no ramp.

The property manager was wildly unprofessional, screaming and doing nothing to help. Room 250 was filthy. The shower was held together with masking tape, the tub drain was broken, and the sheets and pillows had burns and stains. The pool wasn’t heated and was 69 degrees. There was no ice on site, so we had to drive two miles to get some. Absolutely horrible.
