Destin West - Gulfside 210 2 Bedroom Condo

Beachtime Vacations made the rental process easy, and the unit was clean with great views. I liked being able to park on the same level as the condo. The beach, hot tub, pools, and lazy river were all so much fun. Definitely a 10/10, and I’ll rent through Beachtime Vacations again.

The room setup was the hardest part of our week at resort room #412 in Sep. 2022. It was listed for eight, but the third bedroom was tiny, with twin bunk beds that my partner and I had to share. If seven or eight people stayed there, some would have needed the pull-out couch, which was small, hard, and only fit three people watching TV. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and utensils, but with six of us, the five forks stood out, and we couldn't find a cutting board. Also, the resort is pretty secluded, so we'd have needed to drive or Uber to the boardwalk for sightseeing or water excursions. Still, it was a memorable vacation. The beach was only about a five-minute walk, with soft sugar-white sand and clear water. In Sep. 2022 the weather stayed in the 80s, mostly cloudy with a few storms, and there weren't many other vacationers around. We loved having several pools, jacuzzis on both sides, and a lazy river. There were great views and amenities, even if the room could use some improvements.

The garage is easy to reach from different floors, and the property is well kept. Our Gulfside condo was right on the beach, with nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a full kitchen.
