We booked a handicap accessible room three weeks ahead, and I received confirmation that it was accessible. My son is a double leg amputee and needs an accessible shower. An hour before arrival, I called about something else and confirmed the room, only to be told we had a regular room and no accessible rooms were available. They said it was a computer error. I took the issue to corporate, but the manager refused a refund or any compensation. I wonder if they treat all handicap people this way. I don’t recommend this hotel, especially if management won’t fix a problem. In response to management: we weren’t given enough time to cancel. We found out about the mix-up only three hours before check-in. Where were we supposed to find another accessible room on such short notice? That reply is ridiculously untrue. Own up to your error.

The room had Roku TVs, which meant using our own credentials, and there was no assurance those credentials would really be cleared afterward. We paid a $25 early checking in fee, but still had to track down housekeeping for a hair dryer, and there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. The pool closure also wasn’t disclosed when we booked. This place doesn’t meet what we expect from an upper tier BW, and we’d suggest looking elsewhere. The RV show was pretty cool, though.

The stay has been good so far, but around 7 am at breakfast I heard the woman working there loudly complaining that she had covid 19. It’s concerning that she knew this and was still handling food.

While packing, we pulled the sheets all the way back to look for my baby’s pacifier and found another guest’s underwear in the bed. I’ve spent a month trying to get customer service to resolve it, with no result. I don’t usually leave bad reviews.

The manager/cook’s behavior was grossly unprofessional. I’ve never been yelled at by someone in hospitality before. She also touched guests without being asked while getting the “food.” Breakfast was horrible, there was no comforter on the bed, and the furniture was really uncomfortable. That was my last stay here. I’m never booking this poor excuse for a hotel again. Yuck.
