Breakfast was decent, with a good range of options, and the room size was okay. The beds were somewhat comfortable. But the photos on the website clearly look years old, and the older hotel feels and smells its age. The service was disappointing, and we only met one friendly, engaging employee. After the first two days, we hadn't received any cleaning. I called the front desk just to get clean towels and toilet paper. When housekeeping came, they stayed in the doorway, handed us towels, and had me bring them our dirty towels and garbage. Across all four days there was no cleaning at all, no fresh sheets, no vacuuming, nothing. Worse, a horrible raw sewage smell came from the toilet, bathtub, and sinks. It got stronger at night and filled the room. By day three, my husband, daughter, and I were nauseous and starting to feel ill. The windows wouldn't open, so there was no way to get away from the smell. It literally smelled like a rotting dead animal. I'll contact the corporate office. This is unacceptable and a health hazard. My family and I flew down from Washington state and booked four nights. I'll never stay here again. There are several hotels nearby. Spend the extra $20-40; saving a few dollars isn't worth it, trust me.

The woman manager at checkout ruined the stay by rudely accusing me of walking in and stealing breakfast, even though she saw me get off the elevator with my bags. I've stayed here three times before, but this will be my last. I wonder whether Best Western corporate knows about the clearly discriminatory actions and treatment by its franchisee. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are very nice, and the gentleman who checked me in was extremely kind and helpful.

We had a great stay while the snow storm came through. The room had plenty of space, the hotel was clean, and the staff were kind. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows felt like clouds. Breakfast had plenty of hot, cold, and dry options.

A simple stay, with no issues over three weeks. The only problem was that the owners wouldn't let me check out at 2PM after such a long stay. Breakfast was basic: coffee from the machine, juice, the usual toast and waffles, plus some sausages, eggs, and cereal.
