Best Western Inn

The room was clean and the bed really comfortable, so we’d stay again. When our key card stopped working the second time, the man who checked us in at 5pm was kind and helpful. The morning shift man was rude, though, and wouldn’t let me use the lobby restroom.

They never fixed the toilet, even after I asked several times. After waiting three hours for someone to deal with it, I asked for a plunger and handled it myself. They told me to wait until 11am, which was checkout time. The front desk person was rude, and they wouldn’t let me take food to my room. At check-in they gave us the wrong room, then said we’d booked the wrong one, even though I’d called the night before to confirm. They switched us to the right room and acted like they were doing us a favor. They also wouldn’t provide extra towels, only let us trade dirty ones for clean ones. The room was mediocre and not very clean, though it looked like it might be. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

We spent two nights here for my birthday weekend and never had a properly working toilet. They refused to refund any money, then acted as if I didn’t want them to fix it. Who wants to stay in a hotel room without a working toilet? They were rude, and it was a horrible place to stay. I should’ve paid more attention to the other reviews. The whole weekend was pretty shitty.

I waited five to seven minutes and nobody came to the front desk to help, so we left. Outside, people were working on vehicles in the parking lot and another group was standing around a truck drinking. Personally, it was a pathetic experience and not worth staying. I’d give it zero stars.
