Dallas/Ft. Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club Champions Circle

Jade O made my stay after a stressful start. I was coming for a work training seminar at Texas Motor Speedway and planned to stay at the Marriot at Champions Circle the night before to make the trip easier. The training organizer couldn’t find my reservation, so I spent hours on the phone the night before. The next morning, before my nearly eight-hour drive, I tried again. The helpline couldn’t locate it either and gave me the front desk number. Jade O answered warmly. I explained my name, the situation, and my concerns, and she sorted everything out in about ten minutes. After the drive, she greeted me in person. She was among the most professional and courteous people I’ve met. At dinner in the hotel, Sean P was my server and was just as gracious and eager to help. I was there for one night this time, though I often stay here for nearby work events. The rest of the staff were helpful too, but Jade O and Sean P were the ones I interacted with most. They were outstanding, and I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful stay at the beginning of Nov 2025.

Valentino and the events crew deserve the most praise. We had freight problems with the pallets we brought for an event, and they went out of their way to keep everything on schedule and running smoothly. They even built us a pallet by hand, something people in this industry rarely do anymore. We’re very grateful. The food at the event was also fresh and really good. Our company had a small role in a larger event at this hotel and event center earlier this month. The rooms were amazing and very clean, and the staff clearly took pride in their work. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the woman in the Marriott Members room was incredibly nice and accommodating, and the hotel staff as a whole were great. Thanks for a wonderful week. We hope we can come back.

The general manager even went out to shovel ice to help keep guests safe. Weather made things difficult, but the staff adapted to every problem and took great care of me and my team. They’re fantastic, and the hotel was very clean. 10/10

The location is fantastic, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again for future races, especially for what the weekend cost. My daughter asked why her blanket felt weird when she woke up. I showed it to the lobby, and they replaced it quickly. Later, they contacted me to say it wasn’t mold, just bunching in the blanket, and that I was wrong. The other blanket also had bunching and looked older, though it didn’t have discoloration from improper drying. I’ll let people draw their own conclusion from that.
