I was really disappointed with the service. I’d booked a king bed ahead of time, but at check-in they said none was available. The man told me one should open up the following day and wrote in their daily logbook that my room would be switched. When I came back from the office the next evening, a woman at the desk was busy with paperwork and took a few minutes to notice me. I asked about the room change and she just said, “I don’t have anything,” and ignored me. There was hair in the bathtub, and the TV displayed someone else’s name.

The bathroom in our first room smelled strongly of smoke. They offered to send housekeeping, but I have asthma and asked firmly for another room. In the new one, a light wouldn’t work because its plug only had one prong, and they still hadn’t replaced it. We’re Gold members and already get free meals, but they offered free meals to make up for the trouble. The dinner menu was just burgers, so that didn’t impress me. The drawer handle also fell off as soon as I opened it, and you could see glue on it. This has been my worst Hilton stay. We were told management wouldn’t be in until Monday.

The rooms were okay and the location wasn’t bad, but service was poor. When I asked the front desk woman about the breakfast listed as included on the website, she was rude and said my Expedia booking was already discounted, so breakfast wasn’t part of it. Please, you don’t offer free breakfast to anyone, discount or no discount. That was very unprofessional. There is a restaurant where you can buy breakfast, but it tasted like the free breakfast other hotel chains give guests.

Definitely not worth what they charge. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom by the pool and hot tub was filthy. The tub itself was warm enough, but its jets didn’t work. One elevator was out of order. The one that was supposed to be working would stop and leave you waiting for a reset before it went to the floor you’d selected.
