Ameris was so patient and kind while helping me at the front desk. The service from both the attendant and hotel was amazing. I'd come back if I knew I could get that same kind of service each time. I hope Ameris gets rewarded for the good they do here.

Whenever I'm in town, this is where I like to stay. Alex and his team are amazing, and everyone is so kind and accommodating that it feels like visiting family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is great, and the location is hard to beat.

The hotel was fully booked when I arrived, even though I'd called this specific location to make a reservation and had been given a confirmation number. They could find my details in the system using that number, but said there was no reservation. I called back the number in my recent calls, and the hotel's front desk phone rang, confirming I'd called this hotel. No one at the desk offered useful help until I asked them to contact a manager, who didn't answer. Even after they confirmed the mistake was theirs, they offered me nothing. Worst experience.

As a Marriott member, I thought this was one of the best breakfast bars I've had. It was clean, and everything was replenished properly right up to closing.
