Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth University Drive

We visit Fort Worth often to see our new granddaughter, and this is going to be our regular place from now on. Tonneta ( manager) was fabulous, and Chris at the front desk was a pleasure to talk with. The rooms were nice, clean, and safe, and breakfast was wonderful. The staff were the most amazing we've had, even compared with hotels across a wide range of prices and amenities, including the Atlantis last week at $1000 a night and this place for under $150. Anyone who's had a negative experience should give it another shot. We'll be back !!!

The location is the big reason my family keeps choosing this hotel. It's only 5 minutes from the main TCU campus, which works well for TCU families looking for reasonable rates, unlike the super expensive prices wealthy families pay at the Berry St. Hyatt. Downtown Fort Worth is also about 5 minutes away, and there are local dining spots within walking distance, from fast food to fun finds and fancy restaurants. It's hard to find somewhere with easier access to Fort Worth's attractions and needs. Pets are allowed for a reasonable price. I'll attach pictures of my cat in the parking lot. :D We've stayed here many times and have always had a pretty nice experience, with clean, comfortable rooms and pretty nice employees.

The location was great, with lots of restaurants, sports bars, and shops nearby. The rooms were extremely clean and had no odors. The front desk clerks and maid staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely book again.

The staff were nice, but the rooms need better maintenance and have plenty of rough, unfinished work. The bigger issue was the loud music from Rex's BBQ abd Grill next door. It blasted into the room every night and kept everyone up. On weeknights it went as late as 10 or 11, and on Saturday it lasted much later. The hotel doesn't seem to have control over it, so don't risk staying here without earplugs.
