The beds were ridiculously comfortable, even better than the ones in the Bellagio tower suite we’d just stayed in. We needed a room late after a celebration, and booking through the Hilton app was easy. The digital key was ready, and the room was clean.

Billie was kind and helpful when we arrived to find our booked room unavailable because the website had overbooked it. They moved us to another room and gave us a discount for the trouble. The room itself was clean, though the hotel is older and could use some TLC. There were loose, broken bathroom tiles, the shower pressure was just okay, and the beds were so-so. Their bases made so much noise that we were afraid to move and wake our partner.

The room was great, and the continental breakfast was top-notch. I did catch a very faint leftover smell that made me think the room might once have been a smoking room, but it wasn’t a big deal. In room 317, the showerhead had a small leak, which seems like an easy fix. Those new detachable wand showerheads would be a good upgrade. Thanks for the stay!

We stayed in room 302 last night and barely slept because the AC stopped working and the room got really hot. We tried to reach the desk but couldn’t get anyone. The room was dusty, and the hallways were hot too. We also waited a while for the elevator, and it seemed like only one was running.

We checked in and immediately checked back out after finding bugs and roaches in the room. The bathroom was nasty and had mold, and he did not stay the night. This was an emergency booking for Malcolm David. The booking had all the contact information, so that’s no excuse. The person at the front desk was 17 and didn’t know anything. I don’t know if the city is using this place as a shelter, but don’t go here. Check your records and clean the hotel instead of posting false customer service replies on Google.
