I had an accessible room, so there was lots of space, and it stayed quiet all night. The A/C worked well, which matters in Texas. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, too. I especially liked being able to customize yogurt with the granola and dried toppings.

After a week and a half sleeping on a cot, I was ready for a comfortable bed and a decent shower, and got both here. I was driving through on a 22-hour trip home and checked in around 4 a.m. so I could sleep before the final stretch. The room was clean and in a quiet spot, so the early morning activity from other guests didn’t wake me. The overnight desk assistant was kind and incredibly helpful.

We’ve stayed here twice, and both visits the service at the front desk was outstanding. Aspen was courteous, and the room was clean and excellent. The bed was so comfortable. It’s also just a three-minute trip around the parking lot to Medical City Clinic, so we don’t have to get up extra early. We’ll be back on our next visit.

The event space worked perfectly for our party. Its size and layout made the gathering feel relaxed and comfortable, and the staff helped arrange the room, serve food, and take care of what we needed. Organizing the event was smooth from the start, with prompt, professional communication throughout. We had a marvelous experience with the booking, the team, and the party itself. I know our guests really enjoyed their stay.
