Omni Fort Worth Hotel

I arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m. after taking the only flight from Costa Rica that would get me to my conference on time. Having run a B&B boutique hotel in Costa Rica, rated #1 for three years in a row, I have high expectations for quality. I knew housekeeping usually doesn't arrive until guests start checking out, so I figured I'd be lucky to get a room before noon. Jossyln H greeted me at guest services and promised to get me a room as soon as she could. I rested for a couple of hours on a comfortable couch by the amazing fireplace. Then she came over with a lovely smile and offered me breakfast on the house while I waited. After 28 hours of travel, I hadn't thought I was hungry, but the buffet was amazing, and it made the remaining 3 1/2-hour wait pass much faster than expected. The person who looked after my room also did a very professional job turning it out each day. The conference took all my time, so I'm sorry I don't know who they were. Breakfast was a highlight. Executive Chef Chandrashekar Sudershan personally took my order and prepared it, and the food was delicious and beautifully made. Service was excellent throughout. We also enjoyed the downstairs bar, where the drinks were top-notch and a nice way to unwind after a long day. I was at the Omni Fort Worth with family for the rodeo, and the stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was spotless and perfectly located, with friendly, welcoming staff throughout. Between the clean rooms, food, service, and atmosphere, it was a fantastic visit. I'd happily stay again and highly recommend the Omni Fort Worth.

From the moment we registered, everyone greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. We had a wonderful weekend at the Omni, and the staff and accommodations were lovely. The chef, Radames Garcia, was amazing and prepared a special treat for my birthday. I can't say enough about the team. Thank you, we'll be back.

Mrs Anna and J at the front desk made our anniversary stay feel special, and the whole staff helped make it the most enjoyable stay I can remember. My wife and I were here for the first time, and the service felt like 10 stars. We’d highly recommend it and are planning to come back soon.
