There was no proper hot water for a shower, just water that was barely above room temperature. The front desk convenience area had no food or drinks, and breakfast was self-serve waffles with only two small pots of coffee for everyone. We’d booked a non-smoking room, but the cigarette smell was awful as soon as we opened the door. It was all over the pillows, curtains, bed, sheets, and couch.

The room was filthy. There was old, smelly food in the microwave, drug paraphernalia in the drawer, and somebody’s hairbrush abandoned in a corner. I even found mouse droppings on the bed by the headboard. The sink wouldn’t drain, and the toilet kept making a horrible gargling sound. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I couldn’t cancel the booking because Wyndham couldn’t give me the confirmation number or hotel address when I called. I’d booked through them but hadn’t saved the address, and I had no way to contact the hotel until after it charged my card. I explained the situation politely, but the hotel staff were rude and refused to refund me. Be careful once they charge you, they keep your money. I’d gladly delete this review if they’d just return it. After reading the other reviews, though, I’m glad I didn’t. Good luck trying to haggle for a refund if you get a roach-infested room.

The lobby looked nice, but the room was awful. There were cockroaches, and I left just two hours after checking in. The front desk was kind, but getting a refund turned into a headache, and I never got my $100 incidental fee back, even with photo evidence of the roaches. The room door wouldn’t close all the way, the fridge leaked across the floor, and the bathroom door was falling apart. Parking was terrible, it was really noisy, and the AC sounded like an old washing machine. Please don’t stay here!
