The room was clean and nice, and the location suited my reason for being in town. The rates were decent, and the stay was fine until the last night. Around 3:45 AM, the overnight desk person entered my room and tried to let a couple stay there. It unsettled me, so I called the front desk a few minutes later. They apologized and said the system showed my room as unoccupied. I don’t know how, since I had booked online for two nights. I put the chain on the door after that. I also found that the double beds were really full size. Given that troubling mistake, I have mixed feelings about recommending the hotel, though overall it was decent.

The place is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff are so friendly and glad to suggest ways to make a Greenville stay more fun. It smells lovely, and the little touches make it feel charming and homey.

The staff were all really nice, and I enjoyed walking along the river bed. My room was large for a hotel, clean, and very comfortable. I had a great stay and would come back if I were in the area.

It’s a quaint old hotel that’s been updated recently, and it smelled really good. The rooms were clean, service was great, and the staff were nice. I’d stay again, and might even plan a trip to explore Greenville just for that.

I stumbled on Hotel 27 unexpectedly while looking for a place for our utility crews and management team, and I absolutely loved staying there. The boutique hotel’s warm charm, rich history, and thoughtful touches made the experience unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a place with character and a story to tell.
