The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the beds were comfortable Marriott beds. The shower pressure and temperature were nice too. Having a full-size fridge, microwave, and two-burner stove was useful. It's 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with a few restaurants within walking distance. You don't notice much highway noise outside the room windows.

The room layout was nice, but the walls were thin. I heard bumps from above and from the rooms beside me, and there was a lot of highway noise. The front desk clerk wasn't welcoming, barely made eye contact, and didn't say hello or smile. The thermostat was locked on 72F, so I couldn't lower the temperature. Maintenance came in but couldn't fix it. I asked to switch rooms so I could be comfortable, and they let me move, but nobody said anything like “sorry for your experience.” A little concern would've been nice. I won't be back.

I’ve stayed at plenty of properties as a titanium member, and Towneplace breakfasts are usually pretty basic. This hotel really surprised me with the range of options. The breakfast crew also gave great service. They didn't rush guests at the end of breakfast, and kindly let people finish choosing what they wanted before cleaning up. I've seen staff at other properties be rude about closing time, so I thought this was awesome. Kudos.

Nice staff and a great breakfast, but that sofa bed is bony as heck. Don't sleep on it.
