Hope at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and Julia and Jose at the bar made us feel welcome whenever we saw them. Their friendly service helped make our trip memorable. ETTE Hotel is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and feels luxurious while still being warm and inviting. We loved our stay in Orlando and would happily come back. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Dinner at Salt & Cellar was a highlight. The cocktail was worth ordering, and the tuna pizza was really good. Our waiter was attentive, helpful, and professional, and every staff member we met made a great impression. The welcome started as soon as we pulled in: valet greeted us, handled our luggage and car, and was very friendly. Inside, the lobby was lovely with the custom luxury scent, and the front desk checked us in quickly and explained the amenities. Despite being just off the tourist strip, the hotel feels like a different world once you arrive. It's three miles from Disney, and even in traffic it took us only 15-20 minutes to park. I only wish we'd had time for the spa. I'd choose this hotel again.

The modern, minimal design was calming, with care evident in the details throughout. ette hotel Orlando brought its look, service, and food together better than most places I've stayed. It sets a new standard for boutique luxury in Orlando, and I'd return without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Hope was wonderful in the evenings, always calm, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. That kind of dependable warmth late at night made a big difference for our team. Ms. Sheila, the owner, was also a pleasure to meet. Her kindness and leadership come through in the staff and property, and you can feel that guests matter here. Our large production group was well cared for throughout the stay. I know hosting a group like ours can be challenging, and I'm grateful for the patience, understanding, and accommodations everyone provided each day. Shab, the Sales Manager, was especially great to work with, professional, responsive, understanding, and patient through the whole process. The entire staff showed real hospitality, and their support helped make our stay successful. It was an unforgettable level of service, and we'd love to return. Highly recommend.
