The food was really good, and the service was the best I’ve ever had. If you’re nearby, I’d definitely recommend checking them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Tina, the owner, was kind and responsive by phone and text while we were booking. The room itself was a letdown, though. The old paper blinds were broken, so people on the street could see in. We covered the bathroom window with towels, and had to arrange the curtain around the AC so guests behind the room couldn’t look straight inside. The beds were comfortable enough, but one sagged in the middle and the other had completely caved in there. The toilet was unusually low, under 18 inches from the floor, which could make it hard for some people to stand back up. That should be mentioned in the online description. The sample toiletries were enough, and it was nice to have a hair dryer. Getting the keys late at night was also confusing. The check-in instructions didn’t say where to pick them up, so we had to call when we arrived. We were told to ask the bar staff in the basement pub. My husband went in and said it was full of smoke. I’m very allergic to cigarette smoke, so I was glad I hadn’t gone in. The inn itself was entirely non-smoking. We wouldn’t stay again.

The location works well for concerts, and we didn’t mind the music going until midnight, but the price wasn’t worth it. We were mistakenly given a master key, which was really unsettling. There was no lock on the inside of the room and staff gave us no reassurance, so we felt pretty freaked out. The shower door was broken and held together with a towel hook, and the TV remote batteries were dead. Staff seemed focused only on serving the bar. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone if you can’t feel safe there.

The location was a big plus, with lots of places to eat, a liquor store and Walgreens all within walking distance. We were about 15 minutes from the Xfinity Center for our show, and the bar was still open when we got back for a quick drink. The drinks were good, though the kitchen wasn’t open, which was disappointing. The building is dated, but the AC worked well and the beds were really comfortable. There were stains on the sheets and hair on the pillowcases, so we changed the sheets ourselves. There’s no housekeeping between days, so be ready to clean up after yourself. Once we got past those issues, we had a good stay.
