Club Wyndham Crotched Mountain Resort - 3 Nights, Francestown, USA

The main drawback is how remote the place is. Expect a drive of around 30 minutes or more to reach restaurants, activities, or tourist spots. Even so, I'd stay here again and recommend it, as long as people know about the distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The food at the on-site Toll Booth Tavern was delicious, and the servers were nice and did a great job. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, too.

We stayed as a family of five, with two adults and three kids, and had a very relaxing weekend. It's adorable and peaceful, and we didn't hear any city life. I didn't need to bring towels, dishes, or silverware, and the units have washers and dryers. Toll Booth had amazing food, and the hot tubs were a plus. There's also a pool, tennis court, volleyball, and a golf course. Honestly, it was a lot cheaper than a hotel and you get a whole resort. It's not a five-star hotel, but it was really relaxing. We'll definitely come back!

The staff were really friendly and helpful with ideas for hiking and dining nearby. The restaurant and bar on the property had excellent food and service. The property is small and intimate, cozy and cute, with a beautiful golf course next door. There are just 24 units across four buildings. The rooms feel like little apartments, with fireplaces, decks or patios, and some have hot tubs. There were barbecues behind the buildings, plus community gardens where guests could pick fresh vegetables and herbs. I hope I can visit again. It's my kind of place.

The area is sleepy and doesn't have many restaurants, which is the downside. Our accommodations were spacious and had everything we needed. I loved that the private hot tub on our deck was at the perfect temperature. The golf course was beautiful, in good shape, and challenging. The on-site restaurant had a wide selection, and the food, drinks, and service were fine.
