Olivia at reception was very nice and helpful, and the kitchen lady, whose name I regretfully didn't get, was a lovely start to the day. She was accommodating when we talked about the taste and quality of the food. There were renovations happening, but you could hardly tell: there wasn't much noise, and the construction crew kept things clean. We had a great weekend and will be back. We used to stay here often when our kids were young, and it was a great place then. This time, friends invited us to Frankenmuth for a culinary competition, and we accepted. This is where we stayed.

Emily at the front desk when we checked in and Jeanine in the kitchen area at breakfast were both so pleasant and helpful. Jeanine seemed to be everywhere and was really excellent. Our room was nice and clean. My only complaint is the toilets were very low to the floor. We found them that way all over town, but I notice these things since I had a knee replacement last year. We loved our stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I usually like this place, but I booked for March at 160 expecting full service, then got a message saying the pool and hot tub wouldn’t be available during my stay. I understand renovations, but if those amenities are out of service, I think the rates should be lower to reflect that. The people are friendly, and the other stuff is great, but I’m disappointed.

I've stayed here many times and really enjoy this location. I've never had anything close to a bad experience. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the kickback is a really good benefit. They're starting to remodel, so I expect minimal disruption, and from what I've heard there are some nice upgrades coming. Keep up the great experiences, Drury. 👏

My overnight was quiet and peaceful, and the free dinner was great, with decent-quality food and several choices. Sunday was busier than I expected, but I checked in right at 4:00 and only had one person ahead of me. I wanted to take a bath, but the tub bottom was stained black with dirt. I don't doubt it had been cleaned before I arrived, but I strongly recommend scrubbing it with bleach cleanser so it doesn't look so disgusting. I also killed two spiders in the room during my one-night stay. Please spray for bugs. Early in the morning, commercial vehicles kept backing up and beeping in the rear parking lot, long enough that I gave up on sleeping more. I understand it may not have been the hotel's fault, but they were setting down large open dumpsters for construction refuse. I assume the hotel may be remodeling and the company had to drop them off at the crack of dawn.
