Update: I spoke with the manager, and she understood the situation and resolved the issue. Thanks for caring about the customer. I appreciate it and will return. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the breakfast was terrible. The website price wasn't what we'd been quoted. We were on the fourth floor, in room 406, and the air handler above the bathroom ran all night. It was very, very noisy, and I could smell ozone. At checkout I mentioned it and got only an "I'm sorry." I asked whether the hotel was booked and was told it wasn't, so they could have moved us to another room. Again, "I'm sorry." I'd planned to stay there on our way back, but was going to look elsewhere.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the towels were soft and thick instead of scratchy. I also slept really well on the comfortable bed and pillows. I had meetings near most of the Capitol buildings, so the location worked out nicely. I had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn and would gladly return. I'd recommend it to others too.

Kayleigh at the front desk went out of her way to help when we checked out. We had leftovers to heat and thought there'd be a microwave in the lobby, but there wasn't. She offered plates and forks, then heated our food in her personal microwave. Such a kind gesture, and it made the stay more memorable. We arrived around 5:30 am after driving from Oklahoma city and stopping to rest for the night. Since we'd checked in remotely on the app, we could take our bags straight to the room. The bed was very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

There are plenty of parking spots, and although the location is a little out of the way, there are lots of places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable, the place was quiet, and I felt very safe. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in town.

I enjoyed the stay and would gladly book here again for my next business trip. The breakfast had lots of choices, and I liked finding printed Frankfort maps and tourist brochures at the front desk. Even as a native Kentuckian, I spotted things I'd like to see. Check-in was easy, and I got to choose my room. The app wanted my personal card for incidentals even though my employer was paying, so I called. Staff explained that business accounts didn't need a card on file and reserved the room I wanted. I really liked it. The hotel had a full remodel in May, and I give it five stars for that. My room had a microwave and mini fridge in the entertainment center, on the left and center. The AC worked so well I had to turn it up before bed, even though I usually like Arctic cold. One warning: all the mattresses are brand new and very firm. If you like firm, great. I need a soft one, so I had trouble getting comfortable.
