SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lexington Frankfort

After a week on the road, meeting Sam was such a lift. She was thoughtful and kind, and made us feel more welcome than any front desk clerk we’d met on the trip. The whole team at this Springfield Suites seems to care about guests’ comfort. Thanks to everyone there.

I’ve stayed here lots of times, and it feels like my home away from home. The diverse team feels like family and goes out of their way to help me relax after work. Taco Wednesday last week was a lot of fun. The bartender was friendly, and we tried a spicy margarita that was smooth and unusual while joking around about ways to get me to sleep. The GM is the goat of GMs, and handled my many concern emails with real urgency. Lauren at the front desk has a cool vibe too, and took good care of my Amazon packages.

The rooms are beautiful, and the staff were wonderful. There was a problem with our room at check-in, but the two women at the front desk who were changing shifts sorted it out quickly. I’d absolutely stay again, 10/10.

Breakfast was very good, probably one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The room was clean, but not comfortable to use. The bathroom sits right across from the king bed behind a glass door, so if someone turns on the light in the night, it can wake and blind the person still in bed. The water pressure was nearly nonexistent, and condensation from the AC leaked all over the floor.
