I wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms seem to have been remodeled fairly recently and the beds were comfortable, but the hallways were dirty, old, and smelly. The garbage outside sat for days and overflowed before anyone emptied it. Cleaning needs to improve. Breakfast had very few choices, with no fruit most of the week. The staff were friendly, though some people live there. There were also a lot of workers staying during the week who seemed to get special attention. One man slept in his nice Ram truck, was creepy and rude, and tossed cigarette butts on the ground. I think he may have pooped outside too. The hotel did nothing. They acted concerned, but I think they knew he was there and never meant to address it.

Staff were awesome, and there were lots of snacks and plenty of parking. Latiba at the front desk gave great service and knew her stuff. I really appreciate her and the rest of the team. We had a great stay on our motorcycle trip, and I’d definitely come back for the location and nearby food options.

Chris B, the manager, and Latisha at the front desk remembered both our names and our dog Piper Jo throughout the stay. The staff were excellent, and their hospitality meant a lot. I’m usually not a fan of hotel coffee, but Clarion Sylva changed my mind. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great hotel, though the cleaning staff should wipe down the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower, the areas behind the toilets, and the bathroom vent. Dust and grime really show against those bright white bathrooms.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. My girlfriend and I booked and paid for one night through booking.com, then I put my card down for incidentals when we arrived. They charged me for the full room again, plus another hundred dollars. Getting a refund has been impossible. After several calls and being told I’d get one, they charged me even more. We’ve now paid over $300 for a room that should have cost $109.
