Comfort Inn Franklin Highway 96

It was easy to find, right off the highway, and close to restaurants and stores. Parking was easy, too, and it was quiet enough to relax after a long day on the road. The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out. My room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and everything worked. Breakfast was fresh and good. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Franklin.

The hotel is a little dated, but for the price it’s still a great value, with nice beds, good accommodations, and a hot breakfast. They serve both hot and cold items, including scrambled eggs, bagels, and sausage. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the location is excellent for getting to highways and roads.

Comfort Inn felt like home, and the area and parking felt safe. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was hot, and I liked the amenities and other nice touches. Jake at the front desk was very friendly. Ron checked me in another day, and while he was accountable, I felt Jake took ownership of things. Having worked in hospitality myself, I’d say that serving guests with ownership makes more of an impact than simply being accountable. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The building smelled terrible, including our room. It’s very old and needs updating, and it looked nothing like the website. We paid $180 for two nights, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work, channels on the TV were locked, and we couldn’t watch Netflix or anything else. The receptionist was rude. When we turned on the A/C, mold came out of the unit, and the bathtub was dirty.
