I had a pleasant stay, thanks to the very clean room, friendly housekeeping staff, and awesome breakfast. The thing that kept me from giving five stars was Mark at the front desk. Every time we interacted, he made me feel like an inconvenience, and he was always focused on his personal phone when I saw him. That struck me as really unprofessional. I don’t know why someone would work in hospitality if they’re rude to guests. He needs a different job.

We come back whenever we’re in the area. The rooms are spotless, breakfast is great, the price is good, and the location works perfectly for us. On our last visit, an emergency meant we had to leave a night early. Moin at the desk kindly refunded us for that night. You won’t find better staff or a better place!

The front desk staff were really friendly, and the place was reasonably clean. The beds were clean but uncomfortable, and the pool area could use some attention. The biggest issue for me was the shower curtain. It doesn’t close all the way, so water pools on the floor outside the shower.

We only needed one night in Franklin, Tennessee, for a quick trip with my elderly mom. It was clean, nice, and affordable, exactly the three things I look for in a hotel. Cool Springs Galleria was right across the parking lot, so the location was perfect for our visit. The biscuits were really good, too. I wish the breakfast buffet had included some fruit, and I was disappointed that the HDMI boxes had been taken out of the living room TV after I brought my DVD player. Still, that doesn’t change my five-star rating. We’ll be back!

If you want to sleep past 8 a.m., this probably isn’t the place for you. The Harley Davidson shop right next door makes constant noise once it opens. The fake curtains don’t close properly either, so they won’t block the light. The hotel itself is nice enough, though not premium, and the heater and A/C work better than most. The coffee is some of the worst you’ll ever have.
