Missy, whose name tag said Missy, made us want to book here again. She was so helpful, had a great conversation with us, shared tips for the area, and invited us back as we left breakfast. We saw her checking the temperature of all the food, something I hadn't seen done at breakfast before. The food was fantastic when we got up at 8, and the pool and hot tub area was wonderful. We also saw that the hot tub had just been cleaned. Wonderful location!

After a tough week, I had to find two rooms at the last minute because of water problems at home. The assistant general manager went above and beyond for my kids and me. She was kind and helpful, and really made my day. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate you!

The drinks and food were tasty, with generous portions, and the bar service was great. Our room was clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful with information about the area. Everyone was nice and asked how our day was. The hotel's location was great, too. Highly recommend it, and I'll stay again when I'm back in the area.

The dinners, popcorn, and drinks were complimentary, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. Every employee we spoke with was amazing, friendly, and checked in with guests. This hotel remembers what customer service means, and the great service outweighed my one complaint: there is only one elevator for 155 rooms. We've stayed at other Drury's, and this one is the best. I can't say enough good things about it.

Joya Day-Caldwell, the Assistant General Manager, gave my wife and me a great first experience here. She got us set up with a great room, smiled, and seemed happy in her job. She explained that breakfast and dinner were included. We're seniors, and the room was a great price. Thank you.
