We’ll always be grateful for our years at Cadence. We moved in when our daughter was two, and it became the place where she grew up. It felt like home, not just an apartment, and we made so many sweet memories. Summers by the saltwater pool, quick gym visits, and evening dog walks led to chats with neighbors who became close friends. The community was beautiful, welcoming, and always felt safe. The staff made living there a really positive experience. Reagan on maintenance was especially kind and genuine. He responded quickly to every request, often the same day, and was always ready to help. We also appreciated Jason Sargent. On the rare occasions we needed help, he handled things with compassion and professionalism and made us feel heard and cared for. After nearly seven years, we moved on, but we’ll miss Cadence and the people there. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed home, whether living alone or raising a family like we were.

I’m grateful to call Cadence Cool Springs home. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and clearly cares about making this a positive community. Special thanks to Jonathan Bernal, the Maintenance Supervisor. He’s diligent, quick, and thorough, and handles everything professionally with a great attitude. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where staff are so committed and willing to go the extra mile.

It’s a quiet, safe place to live, and the property is kept up quite well. The office staff and maintenance team are prompt and efficient. They also put on different events and celebrations. Keep up the good work, team!

I spent 2 1/2 years here and was sad to leave when my job took me out of state. The neighbors, office staff, and maintenance team were all friendly. The gym was spacious for an apartment complex and even had a stair stepper. I loved the pool in summer, although it wasn’t heated. Maintenance responded quickly, treated our space respectfully, and cleaned up after their work. Our one-bedroom was laid out well for storage, especially the amazing walk-in closet. We could hear the upstairs neighbors moving around, but that’s typical in an apartment building. The office staff were very nice, and Kendra was the best. She’s since been promoted, as she should be. We often used the sidewalks and walking areas around Franklin. It was a great place to live.
