The rooms were super clean, and the staff turned a disastrous day around for my family. During a power outage, I spent over an hour driving from hotel to hotel, looking for a pet-friendly room I could get into right away and pay for the previous night if needed. It was around 10am. The front desk listened and really tried to help. They got a room cleaned, let me check in hours early, and didn’t even charge me for the night before. I’ve worked in hospitality for 25 years, and great customer service is hard to find. I was blown away. Thanks! I’ll highly recommend you for overflow bookings since I’m a sales manager at a locally owned hotel right up the street. You should all be very proud of yourselves as leaders and as a team!

The shower alone was a 50/10, with incredible water pressure, some of the best I’ve had at any hotel. TownePlace Suites by Marriott was a comfortable, reliable stay from start to finish. The staff were consistently welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I’d absolutely return.

The location is great, with everything we need close by. We liked the room layout and having a kitchen, and the beds are very, very comfortable. But it’s our second night here and we still haven’t received room service, which is disappointing.

The room was clean, well kept, and had everything you’d need. Staff were friendly and professional, and they were flexible about the booking. I had a flight layover and needed a day room, and they made an exception to the age requirement. They also let me check in 2 hours early and have breakfast. 10/10, would recommend!

The American Girl Doll experience is the only reason I’d stay here. This isn’t a typical Marriott property, and compared with other Townplaces, it’s way below average. The group has new owners, and the rooms need an upgrade. We had no TV service, so after repacking we changed rooms. Employees are friendly and do their best with what they have. Check your TV service before unpacking.
