Fraser Motel

The owner was awesome. I was a woman in need at a desperate time, without a license, and no one else would rent me a room. He was the only person who did, so I had somewhere to stay and wasn’t on the street. Everyone else didn’t care, but they helped a woman who needed it when everyone else turned her away. I’m so appreciative of this establishment and its very awesome owners. Very, very, very grateful.

My first time staying here, and the place is very nice and clean. It’s quiet, the staff are amazing, and restaurants are within walking distance. The weekly rates are low, too. No one can beat them.

The owners made us feel right at home, and waking up to those views was a treat. Our room was clean, with a heater and a nice big TV, and check-in was simple. Just remember the desk is inside the restaurant. I’d book again if I’m passing through Boston Bar.

It’s usually quiet here, though traffic can be loud. I’m a private person and normally handle housekeeping myself, and I did that during this stay too. The owners were nice enough, and the other guests ranged from pleasant to a little noisy. Stores, restaurants, an urgent care, and Walgreens are all within walking distance. It was a nice stay.
