Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Great Valley/Malvern

We had a really enjoyable stay and would come back. The service was excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable, with a TV that worked well for streaming. My only little suggestion is to add a breakfast meat besides pork, maybe turkey or another protein. Everything else was great.

Nachelle at the front desk made the stay really pleasant. She was kind, friendly, and professional. The rooms have been renovated, and breakfast had lots of good options. I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend, five stars.

This place is really quiet and relaxing, and my room has been clean, comfortable, and very nice. I'm only on day two of a month-long stay after arriving Wednesday, but the staff have been wonderful since check-in. The amenities are great, especially the complimentary breakfast, one of the best I've had in a hotel. There's unlimited coffee with good creamer, too. Their Wednesday social hour with refreshments and wine is remarkable. My one gripe is the walk-in shower door. I wish it opened from both sides, so I wouldn't have to jump in, turn on the water, and jump back out to avoid splashing before it reaches the temperature I like. I'm looking forward to the other 30 days, and would stay again if work brings me back to the area.

The hotel itself was lovely, and I enjoyed the couple of nights I stayed. But during the snowstorm, I had to get to my hospital job at 0700, and the snow removal didn't match what I'd been told on the phone beforehand. They said they'd shovel every two hours. There were no plows in sight when I left, and they didn't start clearing until about 1100. I know because coworkers who went in later had to dig themselves out. When I got back around 7:30pm, it seemed they were only just starting the evening cleanup, and there was nowhere to park, so I left my car on roughly four inches of snow. Inside, it was packed and the walls were thin, so I could hear everything and struggled to sleep. Aside from that, it was a good stay.
