Country Inn & Cottages

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. This little country hotel just outside town made a lovely Christmas getaway, with lights and wreaths on every door giving us a festive welcome. The rooms aren’t big or fancy, but they felt like home, were spotless with no bugs, and smelled wonderful. The linens were a highlight: the towels were thick and plush, a nice change from the thin, scratchy ones at other hotels. There’s a bench outside each room, and a pool on site for warmer weather, though it was too cold for us to use it. Coffee and snack cakes were offered for breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

We loved the cottages. The place was amazingly quiet, and we got some much-needed time to decompress. The cottage was nicely decorated, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. If you’re up early, you may spot a little wildlife. Definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

The cabins were a great fit for us, with plenty of room for me and my wife. The inside looked recently renovated, was very clean, and was well kept. They have a rustic, western style, though the outside looks old. There are cattle on site, which was pretty cool, and Tesla Wall Chargers right behind our cabin meant I could charge overnight. For directions in a Tesla, enter The Lodge at Country Inn Cottages instead of the address. We were in Cabin #30 and will definitely be back. It’s just minutes from downtown Main St. for wineries, food, and nightlife.

The hosts were wonderful, and the room was very clean. We slept well on a very comfortable bed. If we’re in the area again and need a place to stay, we’d definitely return to this quaint inn.
