Olive St. Ranch Dolly's House

We spent lovely evenings around the fire pit with party lights strung overhead. There's also a covered gathering area nearby with outdoor games and picnic tables. The property feels magical, right in the hill country, and has thoughtful touches everywhere: themed cabins honoring country greats, books and decor, and even a collection of vinyls to enjoy with the patio doors open to the deck. The rooms are spacious and fully appointed, with great decor. The kitchen and bath areas were great too. It's well placed for enjoying everything in Fredericksburg, and a welcoming spot to make great memories.

A real hidden gem. It was clean and nicely decorated, with top-notch amenities and a party barm. We loved being so near town but still feeling out in the countryside. I'll recommend it to everyone I know and will be back soon!

The house was clean and the outdoor games were nice, though the ping pong table is pretty run down. The location was perfect for getting into town, and the kitchen had everything we needed, even though we didn't cook. We were disappointed that the coffee machine didn't work after we'd already gone into town for coffee and creamer. The fire pit lighter didn't work either, so we went back to the store and bought one. The pillows were the worst I've ever slept on, so please bring your own.

Just off Main street, this place has lots of room to entertain or find some privacy. The gated entry with an access code is a great feature. The showers, beds, and kitchens look recently updated, with a high-class look and country flair. I'd recommend it for couples or larger groups since it can accommodate either.
