It suited what we needed for the show we attended in Fredericksburg, and I’d stay there again for that. The hotel was affordable, with a great shower, TV, and location, and the front desk was super nice. There weren’t many frills, and the beds had only two small pillows each. I asked for extra pillows but was told they were being ordered. The towels could’ve been bigger and softer. I didn’t check out breakfast, though I was told breakfast items were available.

Stayed two days over Easter 2026 in room 227, and had a good stay. The room and floor were clean, and I cooked and ate in the room without seeing any bugs. The lot and building exterior were well lit, and I had no trouble parking my truck and trailer. There was one cigarette burn on the pillow cover, but just turning it over made it disappear, so no big deal. The grounds were clean and I had no problems to complain about. There’s a walkway from the center of the building straight to the gas station next door, so you don’t have to walk around the property to get food or beer. Pretty smart, if you ask me. I’d recommend the place and return if I’m back in the area. Thanx

With Sheetz and dunkin donuts right next door and a great location, this place worked really well for us. The room was very nice, the beds comfortable, and there were lots of channels on the TV. Management was nice too, and we appreciated that it was pet friendly. We'll definitely come back. I don't get the low rating.

The property looks tired outside, and guests park in handicap spaces without tags with no consequences. Long stays cost $1800.00 a month, which makes it feel like getting paid matters more than whether guests are disturbed or treated badly. The low prices seem to attract people who don't respect the property or other guests. I wouldn't bring children here, and unless you're absolutely desperate, consider another hotel. My main concern is how complaints are handled. The owner will scream, threaten to call the police, or tell you to take your business elsewhere. Overnight staff let guests disturb others and say to talk to the owner, who then yells. The owner requires room service twice a week, even though I understand guests can't lawfully be forced to accept it, and the housekeeper may come in without cleaning and snoop around. Weed, cigarettes, and cigars are smoked in non-smoking rooms without consequences. Guests in 209 and 301, who are long-term residents, have been bouncing the floor for days. The whole floor moves, and it's startled me awake and made my heart palpitate. No staff member or the owner has stopped it. I feel harmed by this, and to me it amounts to abuse. Weed smoke from 301 gets into my room and belongings, and the owner hasn't addressed it. This place seems to be for people who use drugs, party, and disregard others' boundaries. Last week, a woman was yelling for help in the third-floor breezeway and left in an ambulance. As a nonsmoker with allergies, I feel staff don't care whether I die here, as long as the bill is paid. This place is shady.

You asked to change rooms and even named the room you wanted, and the office moved you there. After the move, you again reported floor vibrations. The building is concrete, and construction on the neighboring gas station is using equipment that vibrates the building, so it isn't a particular room causing it. You also wanted to extend your stay, which raises the question of why you'd remain if the hotel were as bad as you say. We don't allow visitors. If a guest has someone in their room who isn't on the reservation, the office tells them to leave or removes the guest. There are 52 cameras outside, monitored while staff are on duty.
