Your website lists the price as $125 per week night plus a $50 cleaning fee. Why do guests have to book through third-party sites that show higher prices and add a $173 host fee? Two week day nights come to $556 in total.

It's a nice place, quiet because it's a little way from downtown but still close by. We enjoyed the snacks and the games in the cabinet, and the stay was good overall. I'd recommend it. The split level was the one hard part for me. With Parkinson's disease, stepping up and down between rooms was difficult, and my knee was sore, though I managed.

My wife and I had an awesome birthday weekend at this quaint, rustic, private little place. Everything else was great, and we'll definitely be back soon. The one issue was the living room couch, which wasn't comfortable. Thanks for a great stay. Paul - San Antonio

The owners were fantastic and very helpful. It's a lovely little spot where you can get away from the bustle but still walk back after a night out. Main Street is the perfect distance away.

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway and had a wonderful time. The place was lovely, and the owners were really nice. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a fun escape in Fredericksburg.
